Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

How to Return an Item

• Contact Us: Email us at info@aromaxpress.com.au to initiate a return.
• Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
• Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@aromaxpress.com.au for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@aromaxpress.com.au with details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the cost of shipping and customs.
